Workflows are designed to help your team implement and update any process in a few easy steps. This guide walks though how to make, edit, and manage them.

What can you use Workflows for?

Each workflow is made up of a number of steps, each shown as a swipeable card. A step can be used to structure a variety of actions, such as:

• Note: Provides some information with no action needed

• Direction: Prompts you to take an action and confirm when it has been "done"

• Check: Prompts you to check or inspect something, where the user needs to input whether a problem has been found

• Solution: Prompts you to take an action with the intention of solving a certain problem, where the user needs to input whether the solution has been effective in solving the problem.

What are the components of Workflow step?

There are four main components to a workflow:

1. Image

   You can assign an image to a step in a workflow. This image will always display at the top of the card for that step.

2. Text Field The test field can be used to communicate/describe the actions for that step.

3. Input Fields Each card has the option to have specific buttons, which are currently set for a few types of actions: confirmation, inspection, text input, number input. These make it easy to log the outcome of specific steps.

4. Attachements - notes and images While using Workflows, users can attach photos and comments to a step. Comments can provide further information on an observation, answer a question, log data, etc. and images are helpful for providing more clarity and verifying completed work/issues.
