illu Basics

illu uses two main tools to structure and drive your work processes: Jobs and Workflows.


Jobs are work orders/tickets that you can create, assign, and track in illu. You can use Job for any activity that you and your team want to track! For example:
  • Monthly preventative maintenance
  • Troubleshooting & Fault Isolation
  • Repairs and servicing
  • Collecting/purchasing replacement parts

Workflows are step-by-step, swipeable digital guides that you can use to instantly share and document any process with your whole team. You can make Workflows to match your teams processes, tools, and equipment and edit them in illu on Desktop. Once they are in your team's workflow database, they are available to attach to any Job.
