Someone leaving your team or being replaced? Transfer an account to a new phone number without losing user data.

You can always delete an account, but if you prefer to transfer an existing account to a different phone number, it can easily be done through settings in the web app.

  1. Open the Settings by clicking your User icon in the top left of the screen

  2. Click the Phone Number tab

  3. Enter the new phone number you want to transfer the account to

  4. The new number will recieve a Verification Code via SMS

  5. Enter the verification code to confirm the new number
