🤝Create an Account and new Organization

If you are the first person in your team to try out illu. You can create a new individual account for free.

You must complete this step through the website at app.illu.works.

Note: The person who creates the organization will be automatically set as an Admin and have the ability to manage Users and Billing for the organization.

Step by Step Instructions

1. Go either directly to this link, or go to app.illu.works, and select at the bottom of the page.
2. Enter your name, phone number, and create a password, ensuring that you enter the correct phone number and country code and set a password meeting the requirements:

   • At least 12 characters

   • 1 Uppercase letter

   • 1 Special character

   • 1 Numeric character

3. Verify your phone number using the code sent to your mobile phone by SMS.

4. After creating your individual account, you will be taken to this page - Please select

   
5. You will then be prompted to name your organization and the type of work your team is responsible for (optional). The Admin can edit the Organization name later, if needed.

You will then be taken to your organization dashboard and ready to start using Jobs & Workflows. You can now also access the illu Mobile App with the same log-in information.

Notifications: When you first log in to the mobile app, be sure to select Allow Notifications in the pop up.
