Workflow Providers

Use Case: Manufacturers providing digital workflows to certified installer network, covering step-by-step work guidance and collecting data on project completion.

Feature Summary: Workflow Providers create a portfolio of custom workflows that can be shared with a large number of Guest Installers. As teams complete these workflows, Providers can view and export data collected, including photos, site info, etc.

Pricing: $2.5k base fee + (starting from) $10/installer team, per month

Full Access Installer

Use Case: Solar installer-contractors looking to achieve better operational efficiency for their crews with standard documentation and best-practice SOPs.

Feature Summary: Full Access installers can access workflows from linked Workflow Providers, illu's Best Practice Library, and also create their private, custom workflows. Users can create, assign, and complete jobs with custom fields and attached workflows, using both the desktop web portal and the mobile apps.

Pricing: We offer 2 types of full access plans Starter Plan: $100/mo for up to 2 admins + 10 Members Pro Plan: $300/mo for up to 5 admins + 50 Members

Guest Installer

Use Case: Solar installer-contractors who has received an invited by their manufacturer to access their workflows on illu.

Feature Summary: Guest installers can access workflows from linked Workflow Providers only. Users can create, assign, and complete jobs with Provider workflows, using both the desktop web portal and the mobile apps.

Pricing: Free for up to 1 Admin + 2 Members
