You can share any Workflow you create via URL or QR code.
You can share any Workflow from your organization's library for public view, using URL and/or QR codes. This allows you to build documentation & processes for many applications and stakeholders, such as:
Sending self-service Workflows for first-level customer service responses
Sharing internal processes with subcontractors/partners
Sharing processes with funders or independent inspection agents
Building documentation libraries for your team & others
and plenty more!
Making your Workflow Public
Step-by-Step Instructions
Before sharing a Workflow, you need to turn on it's Public view.
From there, copy the URL link or download the QR Code for sharing
Any updates or edits you make to the workflow will be automatically populated to the sharing view - you do not need to reissue a URL or QR code.
